Board of Directors to develop and staff a state-of-the art information
technology department to fully support the long term growth and expansion
of the organization. Plan and manage $2 million annual operating budget.

and directed the company's productivity systems migration (word processing
and document management) from a DOS to a Windows 95/NT environment,
with no significant decrease in providing firm-wide support, document
quality and output.
- Initiated the creation
of a "Technology Task Force", comprised of end-users IS staff, and senior
management, to ensure the needs of the company are being met.

departmental infrastructure to fully support the organizations growth

desktops, laptops, hubs, routers and peripherals resulting in maximum

asset management/inventory control system to fully integrate and capitalize
on existing resources.

expenditures and ensured migration success by outsourcing critical technology
upgrades and initial end-user training.
